Mr. De Castro has extensive training in dispute resolution and negotiation. He was trained at the renowned Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University and has mediated hundreds of disputes. Mr. De Castro uses these skills to effectively negotiate for his clients. He is also available as a private mediator to assist others resolve their disputes.
